EVENTS IN 2010
| BBH lost another long standing
member in May when Mr Ivan Morgan from Renhold near Bedford passed away.
Carriage driving being just one of his many hobbies and interests , Ivan
was always someone to look to for good advice and had also kindly donated
a superb trophy for the Drivers Dream show championship. Our sympathies go
to Barbara, and on your behalf an area donation has been sent to the RMBI.
Remember to download your `Green Card` from our area website now to record your attendance at our BDS events as advertised in this newsletter which may be either on foot as a helper or with a turnout. Special section for Young Drivers. Ten attendances by 1st November 2010 will then qualify you for an end of season award. Download your `Green Card` here Recent disappointing attendance ( or complete lack of !) at our drives indicates that these are not required at all by our area members. In view of this whilst the AAC`s and myself will be happy to help advertise any such events organised by members, we will probably not organise too many ourselves. This will prevent time being wasted in preparation etc. Please remember then that drive dates do need to be put forward approximately six months in advance to ensure maximum publicity. |

| Remember that your BDS membership card should be with you at all driving events as proof of insurance and may be checked before each event. Those aged 14 years and under must wear hard hats at all times whilst in a carriage. | ||
